Event Support Specialist Opportunity

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Event Support Specialist.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate event logistics, manage catering orders, and track attendance.
  • Maintain accurate records of event materials, filing, and inventory.
  • Support event planning, collaborate with vendors and internal teams, and ensure seamless execution.

Social Media Management:

  • Design engaging visuals (posters, banners) using design tools like Canva, and capture high-quality photos/videos during events.
  • Develop and schedule social media content to promote events and announcements.
  • Respond promptly to inquiries via email or phone.

Requirements:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office software suite.
  • Familiarity with design tools like Canva is advantageous.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to work effectively under deadlines.
  • Prior experience in event coordination, administration, or social media management is beneficial.

Working Hours: Monday - Thursday: 8.30am - 6pm, Friday: 8.30am - 5.30pm

Location: Singapore

Contract Duration: Six months
