Early Childhood Educator Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Early Childhood Educator to provide high-quality education and care to our young students.

Our ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and delivering engaging language lessons, monitoring student progress, and providing regular feedback to parents. They will also establish strong relationships with colleagues, parents, and students, and create a safe and welcoming environment for children to learn and grow.

  • Develop and deliver language lessons that meet the needs of our students
  • Monitor student progress and provide regular feedback to parents

  • Supervise and support Assistant Teachers/Classroom Helpers as needed

Requirements:

  • Hold at least HCIC/CIT certification or equivalent
  • Demonstrate expertise in teaching Chinese and English languages
  • Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
