Job Description:

We are seeking a seasoned Mobile Apps Development Team Lead to spearhead our mobile development team.

In this role, you will lead the design and delivery of cutting-edge mobile applications that support medical products.

Leveraging your expertise in mobile technologies and team leadership, you will ensure the creation of user-centric, secure, and scalable mobile apps while driving excellence in Agile and CI/CD practices.


Your Responsibilities:
  • Lead, mentor, and coach a team of mobile developers to achieve high performance and technical excellence.
  • Foster a collaborative, inclusive, and innovative team environment.
  • Define team objectives, evaluate individual performance, and support career growth.
  • Plan and allocate resources effectively to meet project deadlines.

Requirements:
  • Strong understanding of security principles in mobile apps.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in mobile app development, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
