Chief Infrastructure Developer

We are seeking a skilled Civil Engineer to undertake civil engineering design, review and project management for various projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Undertake civil engineering design, review and project management for land development, road infrastructure, high-density retail and other civil infrastructure projects.
  • Collaborate with other engineers and workers to design, develop, test and improve products and engineering processes.
  • Prepare technical reports, cost estimates and project specifications.
  • Monitor construction progress and ensure compliance with safety standards.
  • Manage and coordinate the work of contractors and other personnel involved in civil engineering projects.
  • Research and evaluate new technologies and materials for civil engineering projects.
Requirements:
  • Degree in Civil Engineering or Building.
  • Good knowledge and experience in building-related works such as civil engineering, structural, architectural, building repair, carpentry, partition, renovation, plumbing works, etc.
  • Experience in the construction of building projects including M&E facilities installation and maintenance regime is preferred.
  • Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Must have initiative and drive to resolve site issues to achieve project success.
  • Proficient in MS Word & Excel and drafting of letters.
