Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Noodle Specialist to manage our kitchen operations in Singapore.

The successful candidate will oversee the preparation and cooking of various types of noodles, soups, and side dishes.

  • Manage kitchen operations, including inventory management, food preparation, and cleaning
  • Prepare and cook a variety of noodle dishes
  • Familiarity with recipes, ingredients, quality control, food safety, cooking techniques, food quality, sanitation, and estimates
  • Cut beef, Chinese Leek, and radish efficiently
  • Prepare side dishes according to company requirements
  • Perform cleaning duties according to company requirements

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role
  • Degree in Culinary Arts or related field
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Familiarity with recipes, ingredients, quality control, food safety, cooking techniques, food quality, sanitation, and estimates

Noodle Kitchen Operations Management

This position requires exceptional culinary expertise, leadership skills, and attention to detail to succeed. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing our kitchen operations, ensuring efficient food preparation and presentation, and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage inventory, prepare and cook a variety of noodle dishes, and maintain a clean and organized workspace
  • Develop and implement effective recipes, ingredients, and quality control procedures to ensure consistency and quality in our dishes
  • Cultivate excellent relationships with colleagues, suppliers, and customers to achieve business objectives
  • Maintain accurate records, reports, and compliance with regulatory requirements

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Culinary Arts or related field
  • At least 1 year of experience in a similar role
  • Proven track record of exceptional culinary skills, leadership abilities, and attention to detail
  • Familiarity with recipes, ingredients, quality control, food safety, cooking techniques, food quality, sanitation, and estimates
