Role Description:
The successful candidate will join our team as a Research Scientist, focusing on developing and optimizing Chemical Vapor Deposition (CVD) diamond growth using Microwave Plasma Chemical Vapor Deposition (MPCVD). You will work closely with our team to advance CVD diamond lapping, polishing, and laser cutting processes while evaluating the thermal, structural, and optical properties of the grown films.

Responsibilities:
  • Optimize CVD diamond growth using MPCVD system.
  • Characterize PCD using various analytical techniques.
  • Advance CVD diamond lapping, polishing, and laser cutting processes.
  • Collaborate with the team to meet project deliverables.

Requirements:
  • Ph.D. in Physics, Materials Science, Electrical and Electronic Engineering, or a related field.
  • Extensive hands-on experience with MPCVD systems is advantageous.
  • Self-driven, motivated, and able to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
