Job Title: Professional Officer

Job Summary:

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Professional Officer. As a key member of our division, you will play a vital role in shaping the future of our students and contributing to their success.

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Professional Officer who can bring industry expertise and knowledge to our academic programs. You will be responsible for designing and teaching labs and practice modules, mentoring students in capstone projects and integrated work study programs, leading or co-leading innovation projects with industry partners, managing labs and equipment, and ensuring safety in labs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and teach labs and practice modules
  • Mentor students in capstone projects and integrated work study programs
  • Lead or co-lead innovation projects with industry partners
  • Manage labs and equipment
  • Ensure safety in labs

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Radiography or related field
  • Deep technical specialist with 10 or more years of working experience in the acute / community / other clinical rehabilitation setting
  • Possess clinical experience and competence in Radiography
  • Expertise in general radiography or other areas of specialization (e.g., MRI, CT, Ultrasound, Angiography, and Fluoroscopy)
  • Knowledge and experience in working with simulated healthcare institutions and community environments and educational manikins
  • Extensive experience and knowledge of industry practices to bring industry perspective to our institution
  • Keen interest in innovation projects and demonstrated ability in developing solutions to technical problems
  • Strong supervisory skills and enjoy working closely with students in an educational environment
  • Demonstrate proficiency to keep abreast of developments in the field and pursue professional certification programs
