Our Marine Logistics Operations team plays a crucial role in ensuring the seamless delivery of services to our clients. We are looking for a skilled Senior Operations Executive to join our APAC region team.

This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated and organized individual to take charge of executing and delivering marine logistics services while ensuring adherence to operational standards and providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Apply your in-depth understanding of Customer Standard Operating Procedures (CSOP) to enhance Implementation Standard Operating Procedures (ISOP) and oversee their meticulous execution.
  • Generate and dispatch comprehensive booking notifications to relevant stakeholders and suppliers, utilizing the prescribed format or template.
  • Document all operational tasks accurately within the Transport Management System.
  • Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to ascertain charges and terms before confirming bookings.
  • Closely coordinate with agents to ensure efficient last-mile deliveries to ships.
  • Foster proactive communication channels with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, to comprehend and fulfil intricate business requirements.

As a Senior Operations Executive at Blue Water Shipping, you will work closely with diverse stakeholders to meet and exceed customer expectations. This role requires strong organizational and multitasking skills, essential for managing simultaneous interactions with vendors, suppliers, and clients.

Requirements
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in marine logistics, sea/air operations, or related fields.
  • Possess preferably a Diploma qualification.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities, enabling effective collaboration with diverse stakeholders.
  • Detail-oriented mindset with an unwavering focus on accuracy in documentation and execution.
  • Familiarity with transport management systems and booking processes.
