Job Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our Consumer Banking Branch as a Manager. This role involves overseeing the branch's operations, developing departmental objectives, and maintaining effective communication with business units.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the branch's overall operations, including business management, risk control, transaction processing, and personnel administration.">
  • Develop and implement departmental objectives aligned with the bank's strategic goals, while optimizing workflows and ensuring regulatory compliance.">
  • Maintain effective communication with business units, providing comprehensive support to ensure the smooth execution of related operations.">
  • Advise business lines on critical organizational and human resources issues that impact management efficiency.">
  • Strive to achieve the wealth management sales targets assigned by the head office while fostering a service-oriented customer experience.">
  • Ensure that all sales activities adhere to internal branch policies and external regulatory requirements.">
  • Strengthen staff management and training programs to continuously improve the professional competencies and sales capabilities of wealth management advisors.">
  • Manage new residential mortgage loan applications and provide ongoing service and relationship management for existing mortgage clients.">

Requirements:

">
  • Bachelor's degree or above from a recognized university.">
  • Professional Qualifications/Certificates:">
    • Passthrough exams such as Rules and Regulations for Dealing in Securities (Non SGX-ST members), Rules and Regulations for Financial Advisory Services, Securities Product and Analysis, Securities and Future Product Knowledge, Collective Investment Schemes, Collective Investment Schemes II, Life Insurance and Investment – Linked Policies, Life Insurance and Investment – Linked Policies II, Certificate in Health Insurance">
    • Minimum 8 years of related experience in Consumer banking and management roles.">
    • Strong analytical skills, excellent communication and coordination abilities, proven team management capabilities, solid risk control awareness, and in-depth expertise in related business areas.">
    • Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese so as to communicate and support the Chinese speaking customers.">
