We are looking for a Strategic Change Implementation Specialist to join our Change Management team within the NEXT Digital Experience practice.

The Change Management team provides services such as stakeholder change management, culture change and augmentation, change management PMO establishment, and workforce competencies to align organizational and workforce capabilities with business strategy.

Our diverse workforce of 13,000 has delivered large-scale, mission-critical, and multi-platform projects, thriving in helping communities adapt to disruptive forces.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Strategisation and Planning: Develop strategic plans for change management approaches, considering organisational needs and goals.
  • Change Execution and Monitoring: Provide advisory services, execute various change analysis, assessment, communications, engagement, adoption, and enablement activities to successful completion.
  • Stakeholder Management: Manage stakeholder expectations across multiple levels to maximize buy-in and ensure effective change implementation.
  • Junior Resource Guidance: Lead and guide junior consultants to deliver assigned projects within scope, schedule, and budget, fostering their growth and development.
  • Capability Building: Continuously improve and innovate change management and adoption services by building new or expanding existing capabilities.
  • Preliminary Sales Activities: Lead junior consultants or work individually as an experienced consultant to shape and qualify change management-related opportunities, develop change strategies, prepare costing, draft proposals, and present solutions to clients.
  • Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements, streamlining current work processes, introducing tools to shorten turn-around time, or proposing radical alternatives to achieve better work objectives and outcomes.
  • Knowledge Sharing: Share best practices in change management and other domains to expand the team's capabilities and enhance its effectiveness.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree with at least 8 years of related change management experience in an advisory capacity, having personally led these projects.
  • Excellent command of the English language, with coherent and concise writing skills.
  • Fluent communication and facilitation skills to engage stakeholder groups at different levels of seniority effectively.
  • Solid presentation skills to engage varying numbers of audience size.
  • Ability to create professional and visually attractive presentation decks/collaterals that enhance presentation delivery and accelerate buy-in.
  • 'Commercial' mindset to understand how people-related conversations with senior leaders or ground staff may highlight priorities or needs in a project and link them to potential service offerings/cross-sell opportunities.

Compensation: We offer a competitive salary range of SGD 120,000 - 180,000 per annum, commensurate with experience, reflecting the critical role of this position in driving business success and delivering exceptional results.
