Senior Portfolio Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and service-oriented professional to fill the role of Senior Portfolio Manager. This position is critical in building, maintaining, and strengthening long-term relationships with clients.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent interpersonal skills, be adaptable, and have a strong focus on delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the primary relationship contact for a portfolio of clients, ensuring a consistent and personalized service experience.
  • Understand each client's financial situation, goals, and priorities to deliver tailored recommendations and solutions.
  • Lead regular check-ins and planning meetings to update clients on performance, strategy, and potential adjustments.
  • Coordinate with internal specialists and external partners to support comprehensive planning.
  • Oversee client onboarding, account maintenance, and service requests with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Monitor client portfolios and collaborate with investment or planning teams to ensure alignment with client objectives.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance client engagement and introduce relevant services or strategies.

This position requires a high level of professionalism, organizational skills, and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
