Job Overview

Key Responsibilities:
  • Be an ambassador of our brand and embody our values
  • Perform facial treatment services according to our standards, with training provided
  • Assess clients' needs and provide professional advice on skincare solutions
  • Recommend, educate, and promote suitable treatments and products to clients
  • Actively participate in sales initiatives and meet sales targets
  • Maintain clients' satisfaction and comfort at all times
  • Prepare treatment rooms and maintain cleanliness & neatness of workstations
  • Assist in inventory management and treatment supply checks
  • Provide administrative support, including scheduling appointments and maintaining accuracy in customers' treatment logs and customer satisfaction surveys
Requirements:
  • Possess CIBTAC / CIDESCO / ITEC qualification or other beauty certificates
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in beauty therapy
  • Dedicated and strong willingness to learn
  • High-level of initiative and motivated to drive sales
  • Exhibits the right values towards clients
  • Able to communicate and listen well
  • Team player with a positive attitude and pleasant disposition
  • Bilingualism is a plus
Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary range for this position is $45,000 - $60,000 per annum, depending on your level of experience and qualifications. In addition to a competitive salary, you will also receive benefits such as comprehensive training, opportunities for career growth, and a fun and supportive work environment.
