Job Title

Regional Sales Director Opportunity in Singapore

As a Regional Sales Director, you will be responsible for driving business growth in your assigned territory. This involves achieving sales targets, recruiting and developing new sales channels, as well as overseeing support functions such as services, operations, logistics, human resources, and finance.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing commercial strategies to achieve orders and sales targets
  • Ensuring profitability of local subsidiaries
  • Improving customer satisfaction and rolling out the Kramer partner program in line with the regional business model and GTM strategy

Requirements:

  • Minimum 20 years of high technology sales experience, preferably within the AV or Unified Communications industry
  • Minimum 10 years complex AV solution/consultative selling experience to various vertical markets, with strong emphasis on selling to IT managers
  • Experience working with channels distributors, resellers, system integrators, and alliance partners
  • Technical understanding of AV, AVoIP, Video Conferencing, and USB-C
