We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Client Services Liaison to support our Head of Business Development at AR Capital PTE. LTD.

Job Description

The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in managing client relationships, ensuring all client documentation including Know Your Client documentation are in order and meet with Compliance requirements. You will be responsible for coordinating the onboarding process for new clients, providing them with a seamless experience, and building and maintaining relationships with clients after onboarding.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Client Onboarding: Coordinate the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a smooth transition and timely delivery of services.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, identifying ways to enhance and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Account Management: Monitor client accounts to ensure timely delivery of services, handle day-to-day client queries, and provide solutions to optimize client satisfaction.
  • Administrative Support: Maintain and update CRM systems with relevant client information, ensuring accurate records of interactions and transaction activity.
  • Compliance Support: Coordinate and assist the compliance team with the collation of documents for KYC for onboarding and periodic reviews.
  • Sales Support: Collaborate with Business Development Manager to prepare pitch materials, presentations, and proposals for existing and prospective clients.
  • Event Support: Assist in planning and coordinating client events and webinars.
  • Product Knowledge: Maintain a deep understanding of our products, services, and investment strategy and effectively communicate such views and convictions to clients.
  • Market Research and Analysis: Assist Business Development Manager in conducting research on market trends, competitors, and potential clients in the asset management sector to identify new business opportunities.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in finance, economics, business, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in business development, client services, or a related role within finance or asset management.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written) with the ability to engage professionally with clients and team members.
  • Keen eye for detail and accuracy, capable of managing multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and familiarity with CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce) is a plus.
  • Self-motivated and eager to learn, adaptable to a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Strong interest in the financial services industry.
