Job Title

Senior/Executive, Revenue & Reporting - Rail Performance Management is a dynamic and challenging role that requires an individual with exceptional analytical, communication, and leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and reporting on Reliability, Trend Analysis of System Level Failures, Maintainability and Safety. They will also lead the development of Powerpoint slides for LTA forums related to Reliability Statistics and establish a performance monitoring system to analyze Rail Business operational and engineering performance standards.

Main Responsibilities Include:

  • Rail Reliability Incentive (RRI)
  • Leading all Reliability Reporting
  • Preparation of Powerpoint slides for different LTA forums related to Reliability Statistics
  • Establishing processes and procedures to ensure a consistent approach in RRI matters;
  • Providing periodic updates on RRI matters;
  • Liaising with Asset Management Team for administration of proposed engineering partnerships that are cross-disciplinary;
  • Coordinating, collating, and preparing Performance and Maintenance reports across different departments submission to the authorities.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, the ideal candidate will have a Degree in Engineering and at least 5 years of relevant experience in Engineering. They should possess excellent writing, analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills. Additionally, they should be highly adaptable, able to work independently and multitask in a dynamic environment.

Desirable Skills

  • Leadership skills and relevant working experience in rail systems engineering, signalling or communications systems
  • Proficiency in the use of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
