Key Accountabilities
The successful candidate will be accountable for:

• Managing and coordinating the end-to-end process of accounts payable and receivable;
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records and reports;
• Providing expert advice on accounting and compliance matters;
• Collaborating with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of tasks and projects;
• Identifying areas for improvement and implementing process enhancements;

Education and Qualifications
A recognised diploma qualification in accounting is required. Other professional qualifications such as a recognised university degree or ACCA will be an added advantage.

Work Experience
Minimum 1 to 2 years experience in handling and processing accounts payable, fixed assets accounting, travel & entertainment claims, sundry billings. Experience in financial or/and MAS regulatory reporting will be an added advantage.

Knowledge and Skills
Good accounting knowledge and Microsoft excel skill are essential. Familiarity with SUN accounting system, preparation of internet banking and SWIFT instructions is preferred. Knowledge of GST rules as well as GST input/output tax accounting will be an added advantage.
