About This Role

As a Trade and Customer Relations Specialist, you will play a pivotal part in our organisation's wholesale buying and selling of chemical fertilisers. Your primary focus will be on developing strong relationships with customers and suppliers, while also contributing to business growth and risk management strategies.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Conduct market/industry research and analysis
  • Propose trade ideas
  • Design and prepare marketing materials
  • Maintain accurate records of trade transactions
  • Collaborate with international teams on trade matters
  • Record, pack, and store inventory samples
  • Familiarise yourself with Incoterms for shipment matters
  • Provide administrative support to the trading team
  • Participate in client entertainment and relationship building

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should possess strong analytical, negotiation, comprehension, and problem-solving skills. Additionally, you should be able to converse fluently in Mandarin and write in Chinese as you will need to liaise with our international office.

A Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, or Finance from a reputable university is preferred. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
