Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain the highest standards of service delivery in line with organizational expectations.
- Develop and implement developmentally appropriate teaching materials and strategies to create natural learning environments that incorporate pupils' functional goals in daily activities.
- Co-create a stimulating environment to encourage children's learning interest and promote engagement by implementing innovative teaching approaches.
- Collaborate with Trans-disciplinary team members and families to enhance child and family outcomes under supervision.
- Develop and implement functional learning goals for each child, in collaboration with the Trans-disciplinary team and family members.
- Monitor and review children's progress, functional goals, and family priorities regularly, coordinating with other team members as necessary.
- Record-keeping includes documenting daily attendance, assessment, intervention records, and progress of development, including completion and submission of related forms whenever required.
