About the Role:We are seeking a skilled Digital Content Strategist to join our team. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for creating engaging content that resonates with our target audience.
- You will work closely with the design team to develop content that meets our brand's messaging and tone standards.
- Assist in managing our social media presence across various channels, including Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok.
- Support the marketing team in events, procurement, and other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
- Develop and implement advertising strategies to promote our brand.
- Update promotions and new launches through our communication channels.
- Identify and partner with suitable influencers for various campaigns.
- Manage our VIP program, including customer relationship management and reward tiers.
- Prepare marketing materials and presentations.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A relevant diploma or degree.
- A minimum of 2 years' experience in marketing or a related field.
- Digital agency experience is a plus.
- You should be online savvy and active on social media.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a team player.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Independent and positive work attitude, able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- A keen interest in marketing and awareness of current market trends.
