We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Infant Development Specialist to join our team. As an Infant Development Specialist, you will play a vital role in providing a nurturing and stimulating environment for infants aged 2 months to 18 months.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide attentive and compassionate care to infants, including feeding, diapering, and ensuring a consistent daily routine.
- Maintain a safe and clean environment, adhering to health and safety guidelines.
- Supervise infants during playtime and rest periods, ensuring their comfort and security.
- Plan and implement developmentally appropriate activities that stimulate sensory, cognitive, and physical development.
- Foster language and communication skills through age-appropriate interactions and activities.
- Promote motor skill development through tummy time, crawling, and other age-appropriate exercises.
Requirements:
- Certificate in Early Childhood Care & Education (CECCE)
- ITE Higher Certificate in Early Childhood Education
- WSQ Advanced Certificate in Early Childhood Care & Education (WSQ ACECCE)
- WSQ Advanced Certificate in Early Years (ACEY)
- WSQ Higher Certificate in Infant Care (HCIC)
