The ideal candidate will have experience in managing projects from concept to completion, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and stakeholder coordination.

This role requires strong leadership skills, with the ability to collaborate with design departments to ensure compliance with engineering and safety standards.

The Construction Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing contracts, costs, schedules, coordination, and overall project completion. They must also implement and manage the Project Quality Plan, Safety Management Plan, and Building Execution Plan.

We are looking for a detail-oriented professional who can develop, maintain, and manage the BIM model and project documentation (drawings, specifications, reports). The selected candidate will liaise with clients to meet their requirements and ensure project scope, schedule, and budget compliance.

A minimum salary of SGD $8,000 - $12,000 per month is offered based on the Singaporean market conditions and industry standards for this role.

In addition to a competitive salary, we offer various benefits including flexible working hours, work-from-home options, comprehensive medical benefits, and annual incentive trips.

The preferred qualifications include a degree in Mechanical Engineering, Building Services, or a related field, with ACMV project experience preferred. Bizsafe Level 2 safety certification or higher is also preferred. A valid driver's license and knowledge of BIM are advantageous.
