About the Role:
The Site Supervisor will lead the steel fabrication team to produce high-quality products within budget and schedule. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management, with experience in supervising production teams, managing supply chains, and resolving conflicts. They must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities:
The Site Supervisor's key responsibilities include:
1. Supervising production teams to ensure efficient workflow and timely delivery
2. Coordinating with suppliers to secure necessary materials and services
3. Managing inventory levels and optimizing stock usage
4. Implementing and enforcing safety protocols and quality control measures
5. Conducting regular team meetings to discuss progress, address concerns, and set goals

Requirements:
To succeed as a Site Supervisor at Pohlian Construction, you should have a bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., construction management, engineering) and a minimum of 15 years of experience in steel fabrication or a related industry.
