Job Description

We are seeking a Senior/Research Fellow to join our team. As a member of our research group, you will work closely with other scientists to develop and conduct complex assays using 3D skin models. Your expertise will be crucial in designing and implementing methods for validating screening hits.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in skin biology or a related field. Experience with high-throughput screening and automated imaging solutions is essential. You must be able to function independently and work effectively in a structured project environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive reviews of relevant literature and available assays
  • Recommend improvements to assay development strategies
  • Design and implement assays, analyze outcomes, and evaluate results
  • Supervise outsourced activities as needed
Qualifications
  • Minimum PhD and 5 years post-doctoral experience in skin biology or a related field
  • Experience with high-throughput screening and automated imaging solutions
  • Advanced imaging methods and molecular biology techniques
Working Conditions
