About the role:

We are seeking a seasoned Consulting Expert to join our team and help airlines thrive in the digital economy. As a key member of our solutions group, you will work closely with clients to understand their business challenges and develop tailored solutions that drive measurable value.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leading discovery sessions to uncover client needs and objectives
  • Developing and presenting customized solutions that address airline-specific challenges
  • Collaborating with sales, product, and implementation teams to ensure seamless deployment of solutions
  • Gathering client and market feedback to inform product innovation and roadmap development
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends, regulatory requirements, and competitive landscapes

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in pre-sales or similar roles within the airline or travel industry
  • Strong persuasion skills to encourage clients to adopt solutions and internal teams to prioritize client needs
  • Deep expertise in industry-leading revenue management, pricing, availability, shopping, and merchandising solutions
  • Ability to interpret data, build models, and provide actionable insights
  • Capacity to align solutions with the client's broader business strategy
