Job Title:

Regional Financial Leader

The Regional Financial Leader will serve as the strategic financial steward and advisor for the region. The role requires a balance of strategic insight, operational excellence, and leadership skills to drive profitability and business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will oversee all aspects of regional financial management, performance, and governance. They will lead the financial planning and analysis process, including budgeting, forecasting, monthly business review, and long-term financial planning.


They will work closely with the APAC leadership team to optimize financial processes, ensure regulatory compliance, and support business growth within the region.


This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication skills, and the ability to inspire, mentor, and manage finance teams across regions.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
  • CPA, CMA, or MBA preferred
  • 10+ years of senior finance leadership experience, ideally within B2B distribution industries
