About the Role
At We-Plus PTE. LTD., we're looking for an exceptional Machine Learning Architect to lead the development of our AI-powered solutions. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for designing and implementing scalable machine learning architectures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop machine learning architectures for production environments.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and develop AI-powered solutions.
  • Implement and optimize machine learning models using various frameworks and tools.
  • Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automating the testing, integration, and deployment of ML models.
  • Establish monitoring solutions to track model performance and health.
  • Set up logging mechanisms to capture relevant information for debugging and auditing purposes.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • More than 8 years of experience in machine learning and software development.
  • Expertise in designing and developing scalable machine learning architectures.
  • Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms and model evaluation techniques.
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines and containerization technologies like Docker.
