About the Role

The successful candidate will be part of a talented team of professionals working together to deliver leading-edge solutions to our valued customers. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Designing, implementing, and commissioning telecommunication products
  • Client-facing troubleshooting and issue resolution
  • Liaising with global equipment vendors to resolve technical matters
  • Providing guidance to junior engineers
  • Leading project teams to deliver Tier 1 turn-key projects

To succeed in this role, you will require:

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A degree or diploma in an Engineering or Computer Technology discipline
  • Knowledge in Session Initiation Protocol (SIP) / Voice over IP solutions (VOIP), Session Border Controller (SBC), Linux (RedHat), and Virtualization (KVM, VMWare, Proxmox, etc.)
