Environmental Sustainability Designer

As a seasoned Environmental Sustainability Designer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of sustainable building practices. This exciting opportunity is perfect for individuals passionate about creating environmentally friendly designs that minimize adverse impacts on the environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Our ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting bioclimatic analysis in building simulations to identify environmental strengths and weaknesses of a design. You will also lead in delivering Green Building Certification and project management, ensuring seamless execution of ESD projects. Additionally, you will perform energy performance via energy modeling to identify energy-efficient sub-systems for green building design.
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you must have a recognized degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent. Proficiency in Revit Architecture, Thermal Analysis Software (TAS), Integrated Environmental Solutions (IESVE) Software, and Radiance is essential. Experience with CFD simulations, Ambience (Airflow Analysis), Glare, Indoor/Outdoor Thermal Comfort, and other relevant computer simulation tools is also required. A strong background in Environmentally Sustainable Design Consultancy in Green Mark/LEED is necessary. Our ideal candidate will have 0-3 years of working experience in ESD projects and be well-versed in designing buildings that are energy-efficient and cause minimal adverse impacts on the environment.
