Key Responsibilities:

  • Preparation and evaluation of tenders, site showrounds, and contract negotiations.
  • Drafting and preparing contractual and costing documents, ensuring adherence to relevant laws and regulations.
  • Liaising with contracts, vendors, clients, users, project, and operation teams on contractual matters, including payment claims, change orders, variation orders, and extension of time.
  • Contract management, verifying progress and variation payment claims, change orders, and extension of time.
  • Preparing contract documentations and agreements, as well as specifications, bills of quantities, and tender requirements.

Qualifications:

  • Degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or equivalent (recognized by SISV preferred).
  • Experience in Building Facilities Maintenance, QS, and A&A works related Contract Management.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
