Job Description

We are seeking a highly experienced software development leader to lead our team in delivering high-quality software solutions.

  • As a software development leader, you will be responsible for leading the team in day-to-day operations, ensuring coding standards and best practices are followed.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Coding and Development: Participate actively in coding, primarily using PHP and SQL, and assist with debugging, testing, and code reviews.
  • System Design and Maintenance: Develop and maintain scalable backend systems and databases.
  • Requirements Gathering: Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional software solutions.
  • Performance Monitoring: Monitor performance of applications and recommend optimizations or enhancements.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Technical Skills:
    • Strong programming skills in PHP (Laravel or similar frameworks).
    • Solid understanding of SQL and relational database systems (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL).
    • Experience in API integration and RESTful services.
  • Education and Experience:
    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
    • 5 years of experience in software development, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or leadership role.
