Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and perform installation works of air-conditioning systems, ensuring compliance with company standards and regulations.
  • Conduct regular site visits to monitor installation progress and provide guidance to installation workers.
  • Perform troubleshooting and electrical works on site, utilizing your knowledge of aircon installation practices.
  • Test and commission air conditioning systems to ensure they are functioning correctly.
  • Supervise and manage installation workers, providing training and support as needed.
  • Prepare and submit daily/weekly work progress reports to the supervisor, highlighting any challenges or concerns.
  • Assume additional responsibilities as assigned by the company, contributing to the growth and success of Donjon Pte. Ltd.
Requirements
  • Vocational or certificate-level qualification in a relevant field, such as mechanical engineering or electrical work.
  • At least 3 years of experience in aircon installation works, with a proven track record of success.
  • Excellent knowledge of aircon installation practices, including safety procedures and regulations.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and clients.
  • Ability to work under pressure with minimal supervision, prioritizing tasks and managing time efficiently.
