Job Overview

This role involves strategic planning, investment analysis, and project delivery in the Oil & Gas and renewable energy sectors.

The Senior Project Executive leads market research, prepares feasibility studies, coordinates cross-functional initiatives, and ensures effective communication with internal departments and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct market research in Singapore and regional markets covering fuel retailing, convenience stores, EV charging, solar energy, and other new energy sectors. Provide updates on relevant market developments.
  • Prepare investment feasibility study reports (FSRs), follow up on the investment approval process, and monitor and coordinate investment planning activities.
  • Oversee project implementation and conduct post-investment review and analysis.
  • Support business development initiatives in the renewable energy sector, coordinating across business units.
  • Prepare specific business analysis reports and consolidate regular departmental reports across business units.
  • Collaborate with various internal departments on corporate assignments and initiatives and facilitate communication both internally (among business units and support units) and externally (with stakeholders).
  • Serve as a liaison with government agencies on operational facilities matters.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience.
  • General knowledge of Oil & Gas industry; HSE operations familiarity is an advantage.
  • Strong skills in business analysis and economic evaluation.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other software applications.
  • Strong organizational and planning abilities.
  • Detail-oriented with meticulous approach to tasks.
  • Proactive and solution-driven mindset.
  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
