Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled specialist to support our customers in receiving their funds faster globally. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining consistent and high-level execution of daily tasks related to payment processing.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is SLA driven, accurate, and meticulous in their task execution. They should also possess excellent communication skills and be able to articulate potential improvements.

In this role, you will add value by:

  • Maintaining consistent and high-level execution of daily tasks related to payment processing;
  • Supporting your team by reaching your role-set SLAs and KPIs which in turn contribute to the team by meeting team's main performance metrics and SLAs;
  • Detecting and escalating domain-related problems and complex issues to Regional Payment Operations teams, ensuring timely and relevant communication with stakeholders;
  • Following operational procedures and keeping track of critical updates.
Qualifications

The ideal candidate should have the following qualifications:

  • Accurate and meticulous in task execution;
  • SLA driven and motivated to hit team and personal metrics;
  • Clear and honest communicator and able to articulate potential improvements;
  • Proactive and collaborative;
  • Flexible with working hours, as the team aims to help global customers any time they need it, occasionally during weekends and holidays.
