About the Role
CPO PTE. LTD. is seeking a skilled Part Time HR Administrative Coordinator to support our Human Resources team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment and Onboarding:
- Manage the entire recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, interviews, and making job offers.
- Coordinate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
Administrative Support:
- Maintain accurate employee records, process HR documentation, and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Assist in preparing HR reports and metrics.
- Provide additional HR-related administrative duties as needed.
Requirements:
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Additional Details:
- Location: Airline Road
- Working hours: Monday – Friday (flexible hours)
- Estimated Salary: $19 per hour
