About the Role

CPO PTE. LTD. is seeking a skilled Part Time HR Administrative Coordinator to support our Human Resources team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment and Onboarding:
  • Manage the entire recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, interviews, and making job offers.
  • Coordinate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.

Administrative Support:

  • Maintain accurate employee records, process HR documentation, and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Assist in preparing HR reports and metrics.
  • Provide additional HR-related administrative duties as needed.

Requirements:

  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Additional Details:

  • Location: Airline Road
  • Working hours: Monday – Friday (flexible hours)
  • Estimated Salary: $19 per hour
