Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales and Business Development Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and identifying new opportunities for expansion.

Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per annum

About the Role:

  • You will work closely with our internal teams to develop and execute sales strategies that meet our business objectives.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through various channels, including networking events and industry conferences.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Collaborate with our product line managers to understand customer needs and develop targeted solutions.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to inform your sales strategy.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in sales or business development, preferably in the pump and compressor industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers at all levels.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and expanding business through strategic partnerships.
  • Knowledge of CRM software and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on delivering results-driven solutions.
