Job Description

At EXERCEO BUSINESS INTERNATIONAL COLLEGE PTE. LTD., we are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Academic Instructor to join our team. As an Academic Instructor, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality education to our students.

Key Responsibilities
  • Course Material Development: Develop and submit course materials, including module plans, lesson plans, teaching slides, and learner's notes, to the academic department for approval and printing.
  • Assignment Briefing: Submit assignment briefs to the academic department for vetting and approval, and brief students on the module's assignment brief and due date for submission.
  • Teaching and Assessment: Deliver high-quality teaching, monitor student learning progress, and mark student assignments and examination answer scripts.
  • Curriculum Review: Participate in the review of curriculum (modules/course) when requested by the academic department.
  • Enrichment Activities: Contribute towards the planning of annual enrichment activities and participate actively in their implementation.
  • Support Services: Perform the role of vetter and/or invigilator when appointed by the academic department.

  • Adult Education: Possess expertise in adult education and be able to develop and deliver courses that cater to the needs of adult learners.
  • Leadership: Demonstrate leadership skills and be able to manage and motivate a team of educators.
  • Lifelong Learning: Be committed to lifelong learning and be able to adapt to new technologies and teaching methods.
  • Teaching: Possess excellent teaching skills and be able to deliver high-quality education to students.
  • Vetting: Be able to vet and mark student assignments and examination answer scripts.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Possess excellent interpersonal skills and be able to communicate effectively with students, colleagues, and management.
  • Multitasking Skills: Be able to multitask and manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
  • Tuition: Possess expertise in tuition and be able to provide high-quality tuition to students.
  • Career Development: Be committed to career development and be able to contribute to the development of the college's academic programs.
  • Resource Management: Be able to manage resources effectively and be able to allocate resources to meet the needs of the college's academic programs.
