Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Financial Program Manager to lead the financial aspects of Regional Health System programmes. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing program fund utilization, liaising with external parties and ensuring timely and accurate funding disbursement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Submit and monitor Ministry of Health and other external programme fund utilisation
  • Liaise with external parties as required
  • Manage Population Health funding and research grants for Centre for Population Health Research and Implementation programme
  • Collate and review budget requests for RHS programmes
  • Prepare and review consolidated report submissions to external agencies
  • Provide advice on finance-related matters and harmonisation of finance processes for RHS programmes and research grants
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Professional Accounting Qualification (CA preferred)
  • At least 6 years' experience in Accounting/Finance, preferably in a healthcare setting
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office applications
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage cross-functional and institutional relationships
