Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team in Orchard. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our clients, including general reception duties, data-entry, and running errands.

Responsibilities
  • General Reception Duties:
    • Attend to walk-ins, handle incoming and outgoing mails and courier.
    • Attend to incoming guests and serve drinks to them.
    • Answer incoming calls.
  • General Administrative Duties:
    • Perform general upkeep of the office.
    • Requisition office equipment and supplies, manage and order office stationaries & pantry supplies, liaise with suppliers on printing of name cards and letterheads, office equipment, office broadband, etc.
    • Data-entry, general filing, scanning & photocopying.
    • Run errands - banks, etc.
    • Perform ad-hoc duties as and when required.
Requirements
  • Candidates must possess minimum GCE 'N' Levels Certificate.
  • Relevant working experience an advantage.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
