Job Title: Artificial Intelligence Engineer

As an Artificial Intelligence Engineer at a leading technology company, you will be responsible for designing and developing innovative AI solutions to drive business growth. This role is part of the Smart Manufacturing team, which focuses on creating End-To-End Digital Twin solutions through scheduling systems, simulation solutions, and data analytics insights.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Design and develop smart manufacturing and AI solutions in advanced factory scheduling, optimization, and simulation to achieve industry-leading manufacturing capability.
2. Develop high-quality data analytics and applications that provide insights and drive actions to enable management and manufacturing teams to make informed decisions.
3. Explore new frontier ideas, concepts, and technology and apply them to enable breakthrough solutions.
4. Work with management, different departments, and global manufacturing sites to identify optimization opportunities and deliver solutions to continuously improve production metrics.
5. Drive global collaboration, alignment, and benchmarking of scheduling and simulation solutions.

Requirements:

1. Possess a drive to make a difference and a passion for exploring new frontiers.
2. Be highly motivated, proactive, with a strong work ethic, able to work independently and collaborate effectively with people from different cultural backgrounds.
3. Strong problem-solving skills with logical approach.
4. Masters/Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Research, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Data Science, or equivalent professional work experience.
5. Proficient in C#, Python, SQL; experience with Snowflake, Visual Studio, Azure DevOps preferred. Knowledge and experience in optimization and CPLEX strongly preferred. Direct experience with factory scheduling, simulation, and application development preferred.
6. Able and willing to travel overseas.
7. Strong understanding of data-driven decision-making and ability to communicate complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
