Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
  • Experience: 6-10 years of proven DevOps and infrastructure automation experience
  • Tech Expertise: Proficiency with AI-powered development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot), strong prompt engineering skills, and ability to validate and improve AI-generated outputs within enterprise environments
  • Cloud Architectures: Deep expertise in cloud architectures, HA/DR strategies, and cost optimization
  • Hands-on Experience: Advanced hands-on experience in AWS, Azure, EKS, AKS, Docker, Kubernetes
  • Release Orchestration: Strong experience in release orchestration (blue-green, canary, rollbacks)
  • CICD Platforms: Experience with modern CI/CD platforms (e.g., GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps)
  • Observability & Security: Observability & security experience with ELK, Prometheus, Splunk, SAST/DAST tools
  • Database Skills: Strong database skills in RDBMS (MySQL, Oracle) and NoSQL (Elasticsearch)
  • Communication: Excellent communication and mentoring skills for cross-functional teams
