Occupational Therapist Role

We are seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to join our dynamic team in a challenging role that requires clinical expertise, leadership skills, and a commitment to delivering high-quality patient care.

  • Clinical Duties:
    • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards governing occupational therapy practices.
    • Treatment Planning and Delivery: Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and work closely with the multidisciplinary team to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
    • Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate records of services performed, ensuring transparency and accountability.
  • Supervisory & Management:
    • Staff Supervision and Training: Supervise and train junior staff, promoting professional development and fostering a culture of excellence.
    • Resource Management: Effectively manage resources, including equipment inventory control, to ensure seamless service delivery.
    • Quality Improvement Projects: Lead quality improvement projects, driving innovation and best practices in occupational therapy.
  • Other Responsibilities:
    • Additional Assignments: Assume additional responsibilities as assigned by management, demonstrating adaptability and a willingness to grow.
