Job DescriptionAs an Arts Infrastructure Development Manager, you will be part of a dynamic team that supports research projects on arts infrastructure, including data collection and analysis. Your role includes:
- Data Analysis and Research:
- Analyse complex datasets using statistical methods and data visualisation tools.
- P present findings and recommendations to guide policy formulation and decision-making.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive online directory of arts spaces and resources.
- Project Management and Support:
- Assist in infrastructure planning projects, focusing on tender processing and procurement.
- Implement and oversee e-filing systems for efficient documentation management.
- Create automated processes to streamline workflows and increase productivity.
- Design data visualisations and dashboards to communicate key insights effectively.
- Administrative and Financial Duties:
- Manage tenant relationships, including invoice requests and regular communication.
- Maintain and update tenancy master list with accurate and current information.
- Conduct daily audits of operational processes to ensure compliance and efficiency.
- Administer paperwork for tenancies and leases, ensuring all legal requirements are met.
- Data Management and Governance:
- Perform data cleaning and quality assurance checks on various datasets.
To succeed in this role, you should possess:
- A good University Degree in any field.
- At least 2 years of experience in leasing / tenancy.
- Relevant experience in process automation or business research would be advantageous.
- Proficient in Microsoft suite of offerings.
- Familiarity with CRM tools will be advantageous.
- Meticulous and detail oriented.
- Strong communication (verbal and written) skills and able to work independently.
