Concrete Mixer Driver Role Summary:

This position entails transporting concrete to clients while ensuring a high level of customer service, inspecting and maintaining trucks, and maintaining a safe driving record.

Key Responsibilities Include:
  • Inspect truck at the start of each workday for any issues or damage.
  • Drive the truck to the location safely and efficiently for unloading purposes.
  • Maintain personal protective equipment (PPE) and wear it properly during work hours.

Skill Requirements:
  • A valid Class 4 Driving License is required.
  • Critical thinking skills are essential for assessing situations and making informed decisions.
  • Effective communication is necessary for interacting with clients and colleagues.
  • Inventory management skills are necessary for tracking and monitoring materials.
  • Construction knowledge is vital for understanding the job requirements and expectations.
  • Previous experience in truck driving is highly advantageous.
