As a F&B Management Trainee at KENZEN CENTRAL PTE. LTD., you will be responsible for undergoing comprehensive training in non-supervisory roles to develop a deep understanding of our operations.

You will also receive management training and be equipped with the skills to lead and manage both operations and management teams.

Key tasks include:

  • Completing all trainings and acquiring the knowledge and skills to perform independently.
  • Performing duties in the best interest of the Company, ensuring that the corporate Vision, Mission statement and Values are upheld.
  • Handling food and beverage preparation and ensuring desired quality and standards are achieved.
  • Providing excellent service experience to all customers.
  • Handling all customer queries and feedback in a professional and timely manner.
  • Monitoring and ensuring the quality of food, customer services, hygiene, cleanliness and tidiness to achieve total customer satisfaction and meet the company's standards.
  • Handling cashiering duties and managing of ordering systems.
  • Rostering and managing of staff and attendance.
  • Conducting service training and improvements.
  • Reporting to Management regarding sales results and productivity.
  • Developing marketing strategies to improve sales and profitability.
  • Ensuring that policies and standard operating procedures are strictly adhered to.
  • Overseeing purchasing to stay within budget.
  • Able to be a backup for all positions.
  • Assisting any ad-hoc duties assigned by Supervisor/Manager.
  • Able to perform additional duties as requested by the Management as and when required.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • To be a team player with excellent communication skills.
  • To be customer-centric and interested in the F&B industry.
  • To have a willingness to learn and adapt to new situations.
  • To be able to work independently and under pressure.
  • To have at least 1 year of relevant supervisory experience.
  • To be able to work on flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
  • To be available to work 6 days a week.
