Key Responsibilities

  • Support the day-to-day IT operations and ensure seamless delivery of services.
  • Engage with stakeholders and various parties across the region and globally to identify opportunities for process improvements.
  • Develop and implement solutions to streamline business processes and enhance efficiency.
  • Analyze data to identify trends and patterns, and develop appropriate visualization to address operational queries.
  • Document processes and research, standards, guidelines, and best practices for teams utilizing the solutions.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suites, MS PowerApps, MS Power BI, MS Power Automate, Machine Learning, and Python.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to thrive in a collaborative environment.
