Security Support Specialist

Job Overview:

As a Security Support Specialist, you will be part of a dedicated team responsible for safeguarding clients against ever-changing cyber threats. Our Global Security Operations Center (SOC) serves as the frontline defense, protecting clients from new attacks and evolving attack vectors every day.

Working closely with experienced engineers, you will collaborate to detect, mitigate, and resolve security events in real-time. This involves managing cloud-based security systems on behalf of clients, ensuring proactive protection and swift incident response.

You will bring deep expertise in Web Application Firewall (WAF) technologies and serve as a skilled security defender within our SOC. As part of the Security & Distributed Cloud Portfolio, you will work alongside top Security Engineers, leveraging cutting-edge products to defend against online fraud, DDoS attacks, application-layer exploits, and other emerging threats.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Proactive and reactive measures to mitigate Application Layer security attacks or threats against clients
  • Direct interaction with customers under attack via phone or chat
