Manufacturing Data Governance Specialist

You will be responsible for developing and implementing data stewardship and governance policies in the manufacturing domain. This includes:
- Developing a manufacturing data catalog and defining data lineage from source to report.
- Establishing data quality measures and improvement roadmaps.
- Defining and developing domain-specific data councils and retention policies.
- Partnering with stakeholders across multiple sites to optimize data architecture, infrastructure, and platforms.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Performing all activities in a safe and responsible manner and supporting all Environmental, Health, Safety & Security requirements and programs.
- Supporting diversity, equity, inclusion, belonging (DEIB) and our company's ESG vision and goals.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor's degree in computer engineering, computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- At least 6 years of experience in computer engineering, data science, or related roles, with a focus on digital manufacturing applications.
- Proven track record of leading teams within the manufacturing domain.
- Experience with data management in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Proficiency in data governance principles, data quality management, and data integration techniques.
- Knowledge of data security standards and regulatory requirements related to manufacturing data.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholders' management skills.
