Key Responsibilities
  • Operate and maintain hotel equipment, including air conditioning, electrical, and plumbing systems.
  • Perform daily engineering operations to support hotel operations.
  • Rectify equipment and facilities breakdowns as required.
  • Replace faulty components and lighting bulbs as needed.
  • Respond to technical issues from hotel patrons in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Collect daily utilities meter readings and verify plant/equipment operations.
  • Patrol hotel grounds to verify fire and safety risks.
Requirements
  • Nitec Certificate in Building Facilities Maintenance, Electrical/Electronics, Air Conditioning Servicing, and/or Plumbing.
  • Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience.
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
