Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Client Success Liaison to join our team at Gartner Advisory (Singapore) PTE LTD. As a key member of our Client Success team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our clients receive value far exceeding their investment.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and developing relationships with a variety of clients ranging from senior C-levels to more junior client professions across various business functions. Your primary objective will be to ensure that clients are successful in utilizing their Gartner subscription, resulting in customer satisfaction, retention, and growth.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage relationships with clients to ensure they gain outstanding value from their relationship with Gartner.
  • Introduce Gartner services and capabilities to new clients and communicate value to decision-makers.
  • Facilitate client calls, understand client priorities, and recommend a program of action that drives high value and return of investment on their Gartner membership.
  • Collaborate with internal Gartner partners to overcome obstacles and maximize the value Gartner delivers to clients.

What You Need to Succeed

To be considered for this role, you will need:
  • At least 2 years of professional experience in a client service or customer retention environment.
  • A proven track record of success fueled by a passion for delighting clients.
  • Native fluency of Korean and advanced level of English language required to engage clients in South Korea and SEA.
  • Strong communication, collaboration, prioritization, critical thinking, and influencing skills.

Compensation Package

We offer a competitive salary of SGD 80,000 - 100,000 per annum, commensurate with experience. Additionally, you can expect a range of benefits including medical insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
