Job Description:

As a Customer Service Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our patrons. Your primary duties will include:

• Greeting customers warmly and assisting them with menu recommendations.

• Taking food and beverage orders accurately and relaying them to the kitchen/bar.

• Handling payments (cash, card, or mobile) and operating the POS system correctly.

• Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene of dining area, tables, and workstations.

• Working collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth operations.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Friendly, polite, and customer-oriented attitude.

• Physically able to stand for extended periods.

• Willingness to learn and follow instructions.

• Prior experience in F&B, hospitality, or customer service is a plus.
